Joint webinar Curium & Promontory

“Customer remediations: how to run them and avoid them””

About this event

Customer remediation is one of the most difficult things insurers have to do as a remediation action for significant breaches. In our new webinar, we will:

  1. Walk through scenarios, what can trigger customer remediations
  2. Share lessons learned on what to do and not to do as part of the remediation
  3. Talk about ways of detecting and handling significant breaches early

The webinar is aimed at a broad audience in insurance working in Compliance, Claims, Pricing, Customer Engagement etc. We speak plain English and use relatable examples from experience.
